RETURN & REFUND POLICY
This Return & Refund Policy forms part of, and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Bottled Joy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
We want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not fully satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Important:
Refunds can only be issued once the product has been delivered and successfully received by the buyer. Orders that are in transit, undelivered, or refused upon delivery are not eligible for refunds.
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Used, damaged, or altered items

Items not in their original condition or packaging

Free gifts, promotional items, or discounted items marked as final sale

Items returned after the return window has expired
Bottled Joy reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Please use a trackable and insured delivery service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
If a non-compliant return is received, the item may be shipped back to the customer at their own cost.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank).
Refunds will not be issued for:

Shipping charges

Items damaged due to misuse

Parcels lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
EXCHANGE POLICY
We currently offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.

Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

We will provide instructions on returning the defective product. Once received and inspected, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the defect/damage
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders can only be cancelled before shipping.
Once an order has been dispatched or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
